Women’s Soccer Advances to 3C2A So. Cal Regional Second Round
CHULA VISTA, CA – The Southwestern Women's Soccer team is moving on to the second round in the 3C2A Southern California Regional Playoffs after topping Ventura at Bonita Vista H.S. on Wednesday, 1-0. The decisive goal was scored by Rebeca Perez in the 85th minute.
The No. 11 seeded Southwestern Jaguars (15-3-4) is set to face No. 6 seeded Mt. San Antonio Mounties (13-4-3) in the second round of the 3C2A Regional Saturday afternoon. The Jaguars and Mounties will kick off at the Mt. SAC Athletics Complex in Walnut, CA at 4:00 p.m.
