Freshman Yeabsira Muluneh (Women Tennis) receives award from Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society

Congratulations to Women's Tennis Team 1st year Freshman Athlete, Yeabsira Mulunehfor being awarded a National Award from the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, "Most Distinguished Chapter Officer".  

PTK is widely considered the Nation's most Prestigious honor Society for high Achieving community college students. Yeabsira credits her nomination and Subsequent award to her advisor team and her advisors.. She will be flown to Kansas in early April to receive the award in person.

Yeabsira is a highly dedicated Jaguar Tennis Team Athlete while at the same time pursuing her goal of becoming a Doctor one day. Her Infectious smile and enthusiastic personality are such a pleasure to train with on the tennis courts.

SWC and Women's Tennis is very proud to call her a Jaguar!
